Shipping Terms
For our physical products (t-shirts) we use a third party service (Printful). Printful organizes customer(s)’ orders, manufactures and ships to the address the customer provides during a purchase transaction on Jmusicsingerandsongwriter.com
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
You can count on faster delivery but below is our estimate for expected times.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
There are special circumstances where there are additional costs from customs and tax fees which are assessed to our third party fulfillment partners.
This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We have tried our best to account for these fees; but in these circumstances, the extra fees will be assessed to the payment method that was provided by the customer.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us (Jmusic Singer and Songwriter LLC), please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. Check if the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at the earliest time possible [support@jmusicsingerandsongwriter.com] with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Shipping Return address
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jmusic Singer and Songwriter LLC, 1933 E Dublin Granville RD, #209 Columbus, OH 43229, United States
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part or the part of our third party fulfillment partner, are covered at our expense.
If we (Jmusic Singer and Songwriter LLC) notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, we will reach out to our third party partners in order to resolve the problem. We also advise customer(s) to reach out to us via email (support@jmusicsingerandsongwriter.com) so an expert on our team can try to resolve any issues in real time.
The return address is set by default to our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you the customer. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days. Customer(s) are liable for any returned shipments that were unclaimed.
Wrong Address – If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Customers hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity and we (Jmusic Singer and Songwriter LLC) will not issue a refund.
Returned by Customer – Customers must contact us (Jmusic Singer and Songwriter LLC via support@jmusicsingerandsongwriter.com) before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore we (Jmusic Singer and Songwriter LLC) reserves the rights to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Personalized items such as: digital gift cards, eBooks, digital downloads, digital music downloads are available right away for customer(s) download and consumption. Upon purchasing a personalized item; a link would be provided to the customer for instantaneous download through customer’s account on JmusicSingerandSongwriter.com and sent to the provided email the customer(s) used during a purchased transaction.
Other personalized items on Jmusic Singer and Songwriter’s website (such as our blog promotion service) is negotiated in real time after a customer has made a purchase. Our content promotion experts will reach out via email/phone withing 1-30 days or dependent on how much orders are in process. Once a contract is agreed upon both customer(s) and our team of experts, there will be no refund. Refunds are only giving in times when our team of experts can not successfully complete the contract due to work-load constraints or if we deny the request for this service(s).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jmusicsingerandsongwriter.com and send your item to: Jmusic Singer and Songwriter LLC, 1933 E Dublin, Granville RD #209 Columbus, OH 43229, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
